work on your character design they look awful...

nice shot at a really good flash

work on your basic animation skills. the only thing lacking in this flash is simply that. it has good story line. good music. nice tries at images, and a good flow. look at some of the award winning flashes (not all of them) but look at what the true greats have. keep your ideas, but steal their skills.
