Just a little test I made in a day using Blender's 2D options.
Honestly, after 10 plus years using Flash, this is loads better and 100% free. If anybody is still using Adobe products, just stop and get Blender. You aren't supporting a soulless machine feeding AI learning, and you save a good few bucks.
