Kill the stickman flash. You should flesh out your stick man. Add more weapons and choices to make the game more fun.

I like the simple game, but change it to T rated because the "violence" is red scribbles and not something more. But I do like it, but changing it to T instead of M might let more people play Kill Greg 1 (also if its the first game in the series it should just be "Kill Greg" instead of "Kill Greg 1)

Also as a response to your response, even though there is a lot of blood, the blood is very cartoony and scribbly, this level of blood would be in a E10+ game. So making the game M would discourage people from playing it even though the rating should be T or even E. M Is for incredibly bloody and violent games which yours is not.
