Sucked is a harsh term.

I wouldn't say it sucked so much as it lacked goodness. The style is actually interesting, and you can't go wrong with DMX.

That sucked so bad.

You know when your movie's bad when...

...you have to put in a captions to inform the audience what they're seeing ("basketball"). Compress the audio, figure out a better way to show rapid movement, and stop smoking whatever the hell it was you were on when you made this. From what I gathered, a guy who moved really fast drowned...and gave his powers to some bonehead...and by going home, bonehead assisted Saddam and Bush in making up. "What the hell next will happen?"
