it took me like 5 minutes to figure out how to fire a portal.
Disclaimer: this project was made to follow the control restrictions of the game jam, we are fully aware it is trash, please stop sending us messages and 0-star reviews that it is trash. The game WILL get mouse controls and gamepad support in the future, we DO NOT intend to preserve the bad NES controls!
Enter to start Arrow keys to move/aim Down arrow to fire/pickup Hold Z to enter aim mode (8 directions fyi) X to cycle through firing modes (blue/yellow for portals, "green" for pickup)
Inspired by the iconic Portal: The Flash Version, this re-take reimagines some of the levels of Portal Flash to have a flatter style, but also make a little more sense. Expect this game to receive a post-jam update before the end of June!

Awful controls.
annoying controls... Like always with these games.
I just don't get why it's called reflashed if it was for the NES game jam.. It makes it sound like a remake but it's not and that can be what frustrates people about the controls. If they were here to play the NES Portal, they might've been more understanding of the controls limitations.
This isn't even intended to emulate the NES fyi.
CCONTROLS ARE REALLY REALLY TERRIBLE.
you know, protalflash game is very good and took time to make. but here controls are obnoxious. I am sorry. I am sounding cruel. But I will be waiting for full version to review this.
