VOICELESS DISCORD SERVER:
What is Voiceless?
Voiceless is a unique platformer game with rhythm elements, you must perform all of your actions to the beat! Not only that, but everything in the game, from enemies to obstacles, follows the beat of the music.
THE GAME'S PLOT
Karu is a famous singer from Solar City who created a band called "Too" with some of her classmates, back when she was still in university. During one of their concerts, someone stole Karu's voice using a magic spell! Karu, along with the other members of her band, must find whoever is responsible for stealing her voice and force them to give it back!
(QUICK NOTE ABOUT THE GAME'S TUTORIAL)
We are aware the tutorial is confusing, we will completely remake it from scratch in a future update!
The game might not work on macOS (or if it does, it might take a few minutes to launch so please be patient!.) Reason:
"Godot 4's HTML5 exports currently cannot run on macOS and iOS due to upstream bugs with SharedArrayBuffer and WebGL 2.0"
If you have performance issues or find strange bugs on the web version, I recommend playing the desktop version of the game instead, as Godot 4's HTML export still has some issues (Especially with audio.)
am good that plaforme but not that rhythm
It's a good game, but I'm bad with rhythm games.
i cant beat the first level or whatever if it didn't push me forward when i jumped then i'd be able to PLAY the first level or something? i like the art style tho!
This is so much more forgiving than the first one, and yet the skill celling seems incredibly high and i keep getting D ranks lmao.
The good music, the cute artstyle, the overly goofy death sound effect, this game has such a personality.
Love this
This game is pretty good, just a bit too frustrating. For starters, the game doesn't tell you the different controls, and how to move dynamically though the air. Also, if you mess up on the rhythm, you are sent flying forwards. I just think that's plain bad game design. Like, you're being punished for doing what you would normally do in platformers incorrectly. It's like risking your life to brush your teeth (also why do you die when you miss a beat while on a boost pad)
I want to like this game, but it's just the way it's designed that takes me out of it.
