This was notbad for a first, could be finished up though, some more effects and animation to it other then that it was alright

im giving you a good rate cuz its ur first for a first time its great... just work on that frame skip that really bothered me... and im sure u'll get better with the detailing of houses and all that... my advice in short: fix that frame skipping , work on the detailing of their enviroment
