Hey, that's pretty cool! I thought it's lagging in Ruffle, but it's just your SWF has a framerate of 24. When I change it to 60 it runs super smooth even in Ruffle.
Would be nice if there were more features, or a toolbar with icons.
Flex 2 and 3 versions work in the browser and I decided to make a small application to show you how it works, I advise you to download this SWF file and try it yourself, it is capable of changing the height and much more, but this program is not completed and does not pretend to some kind of award (but if he gets it, then okay), this is just a demonstration of the small power that is in Flex, and the main thing is that Flex 3 (MX) is one of the most important priorities when you create applications in MXML, I also want to add that 20th anniversary I'm going to write a website on Apache Flex with tutorials on creating Flex applications, thanks for reading and for now enjoy with me

I can make a circle, a square, a line - those I really like. The fact that I can choose the color as well is excellent. You are very skilled at making menus, and this program is pretty good. Thank you for adding comments. This is a functioning demonstration of Flex's abilities. How did you get interested in creating Flex applications?
I am no longer a flash developer, I am switching to another programming language, I will still be working on 1 game with my customer Alexander, and I’m not a flash developer, I forgot about action script 3, now I’ll learn from scratch HaxeUI
This is a pretty cool drawing tool. Most of the important options are there but it would be nice if there was some kind of transparent ghost or outline of your brush so you could see just how wide it actually is before you start drawing. Modifiable background color would be nice as well. While more complicated, it might be cool to save the user's last action as a vector so that it can be undone, and only baking it into Bitmap data after they draw something else.
Neat idea but missing several key features.
Nice.
Ooooo a paint program . . . . . . so anyway I drew a penissssss and a vaginaaaaaa. Two things I'll never see in life.
