I much love this, I like the aesthetic, I think it's a little too accurate and you should make it a bit better in the future. Though I don't know if you can use And One or other private music on newgrounds nowadays, I really like the music with the video.

Bart gets really stupid 1 night and makes some regretful decisions and pays for it
This animation is not actually made in flash, it is SUPPOSED to look like it though. This site had such a big impact on me and was the reason i got interested in animation and whatnot. i remember mindlessly looking at every animation like a newborn infant who's brain is being fried by the internet truly one of the most wonderful times of my life

The character is Bart btw, he is an anxious greyhound who used to have a drug addiction and now has a wonderful wife and kid, how people change.
