I actually have something like this, but it's a Ms. Pac-Man arcade cabinet with a game & watchified Ms. Pac-Man (except it uses the sounds from the actual arcade game and it's in full color)

Game & Watch: Pac-Man is the unofficial adaptation of the obvious.* It's the same game where you eat all of the dots in the maze, avoid the ghosts, defeat them using Power Pellets and eating Donuts... Oh yeah, we use donuts due to screen-related restrictions.
*If the obvious isn't obvious enough, it's Pac-Man on the Game & Watch
