Dark and dreary is the night, yet shines a single light. Within his laboratory Dr. Finkenstein and his assistant Igor stir. Long have the residents of FinkFishCity wished the mad doctor gone and that they might never gaze upon the sickly hill atop which Finkenstein Castle sits. Despite the protests of the common folk, the doctor is let be by Frogapes in high places. The Dink dynasty turns a blind eye to his doings, half in curious amusement and half in fear. And it is rumored something else too keeps guard over the doctor, something strange and perhaps not all together friendly.
