It's the FinkFishCity Halloween festival and everyone wants to do some apple bobbing(Also known as bobbing for apples). The festival goers are starting to get impatient with Old Man Agnoo after he has spent nearly an hour in the apple bobbing tub. Infamous clown Fonk has decided to speak up to try and resolve the situation.
