Because it feels like it IS a Dhar Mann video despite being called a "parody." Like it's straight up some justice porn where the good guys ALWAYS gets the good stuff while the parents are straight up bad and gets consequences from it. If it was a parody, like having the parents ACTUALLY kill their sons rather than getting arrested for attempted murder, then at least it doesn't deserve 0 stars. But it doesn't guarantee a higher rating because it's GoAnimate, do I need to explain why it sucks so much?
Also, no, Newgrounds' copyright policies aren't worse than YouTube. Read the Movie guidelines and just replace the audio that got the original removed in the first place. There's a reason why it boldly recommends you use the Royalty Free Music page because NG doesn't have the same resources as YouTube when it comes to copyrighted works.

Not terrible, however not good either.

I do think that this 'animation' software isn't good to use as a substitute for actual animation and story. There's an emptiness to it and it's lacking in every single way possible for me.

I do recommend trying to pick up some actual animation software if you can and not poorly put together premade assets, and give that a whirl with making your own assets and movements.

I guess the 'voices' is alright for beginners, but it's also meh, ESPECIALLY with how chopped up it can get. The writing is pretty bad, can't say the word 'lacking' enough in this case, it could definitely be improved without it jumping to a bunch of different things every 20 seconds. Better to improve by finding your own skill and not using something already made.

I apologize i'm not very good a criticism and constructive feedback, but I hope maybe this helps a tiny bit.
