a game made for the 25th anniversary of metal gear solid (although when i started i didnt think it would take this long, and didnt know such a multiple-of-5 anniversary was coming up. what blind luck!)

playtesting by ben, sadie, and my friend leo, who is [at]leotheunicyclists on instagram but im not logged on to it on my laptop so i cant link to him. also my friend jesse who has no social medias at all and is thus UNCREDITABLE.

this is a very short game but i think there's still some fun to be had here? idk. enjoy.... if you can.

i also wrote all the music myself in openmpt using samples from wario land 4, warioware diy, and new super mario bros on the ds. ive never written music for games (or for anything really) but i think it turned out alright. if you hate it you can turn it off in the pause menu.

also the credits list cardboard glasses and honestspoof. both of them are me! i just havent got around to paying tom fulp a billion million dollars so i can change my username. (although newgrounds is... kinda cool... so im happy to pay and probably will soon)

STORY

they took everything. your furry friends, once afriended, once again befriended but now offending you by wanting to kill you. the bastard behind this is not even human, some say hes more robot than man because he is a robot. unforgivable, you think. theres only one way to solve this. on 3rd of autumn 1998, you take your first dangerous steps into the cat offices.
