You should be able to drag weapons from the inventory (the boxes in the lower right of the screen) into your weapon slot (the box at the top of the screen with the weapon icon). Similarly, augments can be equipped in the open slots under the weapon - any slot that doesn't have a green 'X' in it is an open augment slot where augments can be equipped

Unpolished, questionably designed, and does absolutely nothing to distinguish itself from the 20 other roguelikes that got published here last month.
Man I really hoped this would be a spin off of "The Lost Vikings". Its still an ok shooter.
