I want to thank everyone who played this I learned so much about game dev from this experience and all the comments. Ive remade the game from the ground up in a different engine, and I wouldnt be able to do that without taking this first step.



Controls

Right click and go into fullscreen the text is kinda small

z - select

x - back - or select in battle - or run

arrow keys or aswd to move around

you can also click with your mouse

update v2.1 - fixed the turtle issue that was getting the game suck should be good now

• fixed the final battle not working after a loss
• Fixed some bugs execpt the ledges, they are still mind boogling
• added layer depth to the characters
• added a 5 sec delay for the grass so it does not trigger right after a battle
• lowered the first enemy encounter level to 6
• fixed sticky boundary for the character movement
• added attack delay during attack animations for enemy monsters
• added a starting tutorial that talks about the gameplay

the second turtle battle is the last fight that is as far as I got before the deadline thank you all for playing

Hey this is my entry for the flash foward jam Coding it made me want to tear my hair out, but Im already bald so I dont have to worry about that. So this yea I decided to make a pokemon like game in the style of sonic rpg 10. This was an Idea I had for a while I wont bore you with the details, but thank you to dry for helping me with the music.
