The state of being civilized is kinda on ice these days ain't it? Good rant, albeit a bit short...

Great job with another on-point rant!
When I was taking a welding class our teacher was a bit old fashion in that he'd add to our work in ways that exhausted us if we acted up, acted out, or disrupted the written portion of the class. His first lesson to us was to imagine a small child within 5 feet of us at all times, at first I didn't care and neither did most of us new guys in the class. But the more he brought it up the more we acted like it, to the point none of us were cussing or making dirty jokes in large open spaces.
Or as it was called then "guy talk" in public spaces. It took a while to sink in but damn did it work, most dirty jokes and cursing was kept in small confined areas like the changing room.
