This does not look close enough to Pickachu. The gameplay is just shooting one shot. You should make more to do, and different weapons to use.

Anyways, this is not hard work, you should improve more on an intro and better stuff.

Okay, I have a feeling that maybe you could do alot better but heres some advice. Like for this, if you cant draw Pikachu, just use an actual pic of him. And you should try to have him move around and the crosshair move with the mouse, then it would be kinda entertaining.

Needs some work

OK well first off, it does need some work, but atleast you gave effort, here is my advice, clean it up abit, sharper graphics are needed, backrounds would be nice, more hits on the target would be great, just needs more work.
