wow, i seriously did not get the slightest bit about what the hell that was about, though i think the white guy had super speed cuz of the outfit... what the hell was that about?!!

and it was VERY VERY loosely based on spy vs. spy if at all.

Throw DBZ, Spy vs. Spy, and an Episode of the Simpsons together and you get this. Not bad, not bad at all!

This alone is nothing special, but I see potential in this movie. Add some sound, length, and a plot and it will get higher ratings.
