This is so underrated because it was some real good stop motion. And yeah, I am pretty interested in Hedg's journey there. Keep up the great work! :)
"Hedg" is a hedgehog who wants to discover the world, so he goes !
This is again a project for the university, it is one of my final projects for the month of December.
The goal was to make a stop motion of 10 to 12 frames per second for an animation of around 10 seconds. But the teacher having promised us to do a lot of animation in progress, but that was not the case for lack of time, I did not listen to the instructions and I made a video of around 1 minute 30 with 24 frames per second.
Also, I had very little time left before I could hand in my work, so the whole stop motion was improvised, I didn't know what I was doing and I was trying to catch everything that came near my hands to do something.
Being at the end of the year, I had never had my mark or remark, but the following months, my teacher had the opportunity to wish me congratulations, saying that I had had the best mark for this work. (despite the fact that I did not listen to the instructions at the time), while admitting that he would have liked to see a sequel to this stop motion.
In fact, a lot of people (who have seen "Hedg" outside of Newgrounds) asked me to do a sequel, but I don't know if it was for fun or if people were really serious, the work was so random, so...
In any case, I hope you enjoy this little short film as much as I enjoyed making it !

I love this
Not only does it star the best creature period but the feeling of nostalgia and warm fuzzy feelings I get from the aesthetic of this video is amazing!
I never thought I would see another thing that looks like this.
This is one of the best pieces of stop motion I've seen in a while, so keep it up!
