There's a lot of potential in these mechanics, and there are some great levels, like Telo 6 and Lupa 3, but it feels like the mechanics are introduced too quickly to reach their full potential. I would focus on trying to make tightly-designed puzzles with the fewest tools required to support a specific problem and solution.
That said, this is pretty good! It reminds me of my first few PuzzleScript projects, so I'm excited to see what you'll make next.
