Hypermania is a multidirectional shooter. Manage the rush of enemies coming towards you, as you also manage a never-ending series of texts that you have to read. Anxiety never sleeps, and increases as more unread messages pile up. However, killing people while your anxiety increases allows you to enter into a state of "Hypermania", allowing you to improve yourself, shooting further, pushing harder, and healing your already lost damage.

Second full game made on godot released on here, this time with a bit more effort put into it. Hopefully it's not worse then the last one. This is also the first game i've made that technically "Ends", so that was fun to make. I've learned that a good text-to-speech voice that is free doesn't exist. I feel like it might be underwhelming as a game, and the tutorial might be confusing, but I think it's fine for now. Hopefully you enjoy!

fine gameplay Idea but not a finished project. Work on that blaster and its range vs AI movement
Keep it up
This is hard
Goodness gracious, that was BRUTAL. When you have all the upgrades, you can go to the upgrade screen and click the eye for the ending cutscreen. That was a very poignant ending.
It has a potential, but it's terribly unbalanced.
