This is a daily issue. We are prisoners in our own home, passed down to us by our great-great grandparents. His temper, his destructive capabilities, have utterly trapped us as pawns to his wrathful whims. The dread that fills the air as his rapid footsteps can be heard from anywhere in the house is comparable to watching the first plane hit the towers while inside, knowing that no matter what, and no fault of your own, you cannot escape.
