i see the heart and soul that you have put into this game, but i think it might be a bit too ambitious. Work on polishing more. By the way, I love the title it looks so good. if the whole game looked like that it would be a masterpiece. also, i think that the start cutscene is a bit too fast paced.

So this game was made back in 2021 for a Month Long RPG Maker MV Game Jam, Theme was over "Touching the Stars." We basically threw the theme in the trash, and just reworked a prototype Horror Game that Skytric was making, and I wanted to do Character redesigns for. What is left is a short, but fun little horror game. Yes it has it's problems, but I think It's pretty solid for the most part! We originally wanted to release it on here and Itch.io at the same time. but the HTML Exporter at the time wasn't good enough for the extra Code we added. So it was left to just sit there until we could get it. Luckily gave us time to polish it up a bit.
The other idea was to make an expanded version of the game, that ISN'T in RPG Maker. But I got burnt out on sprite animation, and Sky was busy with other things at the time. Maybe we will get back to the new version of the game where we flesh out the mechanics and story a bit, as well as have improved art. But from what it's worth, I think what we have here is pretty nice! I hope you enjoy it as well

Thank you! Yeah this was a gamejam entry so things are pretty janky in places quality wise. I'm glad you see how the improvements can really bring the game out more and in more newer full version. Making it more a dreamscape like the title screen could be interesting! I'm glad you liked it! I hope we'll be able to bring that out even more later! We'll also add more to the start of the game.
