I like the concept, a goth'ed out girl who surprisingly looks a lot like Germaine, has all of her same mannuerisms, etc, is pretty sad and her friend tries to cheer her up. However, in doing so, it just pisses her off even more, and then well, hilarity ensues. It has been done before, several times for that matter, and in some cases better. What I would do is try to add some originanlity to the plot, like maybe have the friend try and annoy her everyday, and have this take place over some sort of span, rather than just in one day.
The synching was off somewhat, but it was hard to tell because the mouths just moved in a general sense. The artwork needs some work, as there are even unfinished lines on the characters bodies that just looks unproffesional at times. The voices all sounded like men, rather than women - maybe that was intentional, I am not sure. Either way, they sounded fine and the music in the background fit.

The whole time that blonde headed twit was on the...I was just wishing for a target..so I could shoot her and when she did get hit..it made the day that much brighter. I love your style!
i like the character design
the animation on the other hand could of used something. With the exception of the phoneme's, they were very good. Most people on newgrounds have shitty phonemes.
