Nice animation

So this was a nice animation it actually started out like a music video and then had some nice scenes, you have some really good characters in this too so it was a pleasent film you have here.

Can't wait for more episodes of this! This is great and amazing

I have some critiques.
1) Euline's design is mostly fine, buuut it kinda looks like she's wearing a diaper. Sorta distracting tbh.
2) The sound mixing when Bacillus could use some work. Kinda hard to tell what he was saying at parts.
3) The background is a touch too chaotic and feels emptier than I think you intended.
4) The opening number is hit-or-miss with me. On the one hand, it moves the plot along and gives a basic idea of who Euline might be. On the other hand, it feels rather random and rushed. Also, what was with the train?

Other than that, I think I got the gist of things. I'm interested to learn about the organization of seers the protagonist apparently works for.
