Finally, a chance to Trojan horse my review of Metroid Dread into this. You thought you would just READ about a cartoon? Sorry dollface ;- /
Metroid Dread? More like Metroid DEAD- game. That's right... As long as I can remember Nintendo has been reboot after reboot- this is good. Nintendo made a QUITE LARGE MISTEP with this one you guys. Why in the world would they NOT reboot Metroid Zero Mission and make a scary game no less? What is this Nintendo? five Nights at Freddys??? I think not.
Every game is trying to be five nights at freddys these days and I'm sick of it. There is only 1 fnaf game nintendo and its not yours. This metroid dread game doesn't even have hidden lore(very bad). I'm just tired of this S***. Why do the robots HAVE to be scary anyways?? They just copy fnaf at every step and WE ALL SEE IT. In five nights at freddys you survive five cold nights to win your night shift and its compelling graphically speaking. In metroid dread I dont even know HOW LONG you've been on this dreaded planet.
Five Nights at Freddys is really quite good when you think about it. When you watch the Game Theory youtube channel's videos you will realize the lore is very rich and tasteful. You see they had the bite of 87' and that started it all really- one... DREADED... BITE (gives me chills!!). Now thats a game I can "sink my teeth into"(this is a reference to the bite of 87')(You really need to watch all the episodes and by episode 38 of his fnaf lore speculation videos you'll get the reference)(
I didn't even start with the lore of the purple guy. Purple guy is a sick fuck you see. His 8-bit devilish ways are VERY creepy and made me upset and pause the video which wasn't something I'd usually do. That really just details the depth of this great game and I hope you understand most of the five nights at freddys lore now. Thank you for reading. I love you.).
