This started out as an R&D project for future Nina Aquila: Legal Eagle content, to see if we could create a fast-action-based battle system entirely within RPG Maker MV.
It leans heavily on plugins made by Galv, bblizzard and Sanshiro; many needed to be customised to provide things like twin-stick controls and staying performant on a reasonable spec machine.
