Interesting idea. Seems fun, but there's too many projectiles being thrown at you at once, which leads actually being able to attack the book being futile, because when you click one of the book's projectiles, it turns it into a health potion. Maybe I'm just bad, though. This is more of a proof of concept in my opinion. Don't let this discourage you, though. I loved the art concept, and I really want you to continue. Don't let this mediocre review take you down. You got huge potential!

you’re a wizard that has a magic book that’s gone rouge, you must dodge bullets and blast the book. the only problem is that your wand stinks, you have no idea what spells your casting, they could turn the bullets into items to benefit you, or it can make them explode into even more bullets! can you take down the deadly El Libro with the odds against you?
Quirky concept and the core mechanics are there. I like the fact that there are both positive and negative effects to your actions, and keeps you on your toes.
This game definitely needs to be expanded on, but I have two suggestions: firstly the character's movement needs to be a lot tighter. You should be able to stop on a dime with bullet hell game, and the controls are a bit floaty. Second, different kinds of power ups besides health items would add variety to the game, and could lead to even more unstable temporary results like size manipulation, stronger/weaker magic etc.
For a game jam this is very well made. Great job!
