To anyone who reads this:
I bet you have wondered why flashes that don't work or that are just one still picture make it through the portal.
There are 2 main reasons:
Reason #1: support from the crew the animator belongs to
---Basically, you join a crew that spams the portal, and no matter what you put on, they will vote 5. They are always big enough to give the flash a good grade
Reason #2: Noobs and other people who think their computer isn't working right
---These people don't necessarily have a high rank, but it definitely causes the flash's rank to go up, simply because they think their version of flash isn't high enough to view the movie.
