What a waste of space
Why? Why do you people submit flashes to simply "test your preloader" or "testing your keyframing abilities"? Please, don't waste peoples' time.
On another note, I'm not sure how much of an upgrade this is from sticks. There are different levels of stick animation. Some are very poorly done, usually made by morons and are about three seconds long. But there are some, like "Johnny Rocketfingers," that make stick animation look extremely smooth and asthetically appealing. Basically, sticks aren't always bad.
