Fifteen fucking years ago, back in 2006 A.D., I created RAB16 as an exclusive short film for my DVD. The disc was called the "Definitive Collection" which hardly seems the case any more, since another eight episodes came out here on Newgrounds after its fairly successful release. I never did put out another collection on disc (I almost did, but it's a pretty boring story), so instead of letting this little toon disappear into the void, I'll finally free it from my gnarled old clutches at last.

Anyway, it's late, and I've had a couple rum drinks, so I'm feeling generous for all the old guard fans that still enjoy these old cartoons. It's been a full ten years since RAB23 came out, so it's a foregone conclusion that this is all pretty firmly buried in the past for me (buried right next to the R-word... R.I.P.), so I'm ready to let all you cheap bitches not willing to pony up twelve bucks finally watch this middling-at-best addition to the RAB library. I'd also really love for more than 700-800 people on Earth (i.e. the DVD owners) to actually see it, just in case it's actually worth seeing (spoiler alert: probably not).

Hooray & shit. Most of you squirts know absolutely nothing about what I'm even talking about. It's been too many years.
