toriel's face looks goofy as hell but the animation is funny at least
If you want to draw a goat-like character, or any animalistic character in animation, you should extend their face to look more like the type of animal you're drawing. Toby Fox and Temmie Chang did it in order to make Toriel and in this animation, her face is kinda flat.
