9111 (Pronounced "Nine One-One-One") is a hectic racer and also city chaos simulator where the player takes control of the police force, the fire department, and the EMT force all at the same time. Keep the town safe, steady, and not burning for as long as possible.

Think playing through most SimCity disasters simultaneously with the mechanics of GTA 2 (but you're actually trying to save people).

Your vehicles automatically resolve situations if they are in proximity:

• Ambulance (Red): heals wounded peeps.
• Police (Green): safely arrests criminals.
• Firetruck (Orange): puts out fires.
