House Hunting

I originally posted this game during the fall of 2000, but it was never submitted via the Portal until now.

This game was inspired by an incident where police approached a "suspcious person" (innocent black guy) as he was about to enter his house. When the man reached into his pocket and pulled out his wallet, police mistook it for a gun and unloaded all of their ammo on him.

Your character will approach people at their doorsteps. When they turn around, you have a split second to decide if they are holding a gun, or a harmless object. If you kill too many innocent people, it's your ass!

Note the fun details, such as the ability to shoot out car windows and leaves from trees. This game is actually packed with tons of easter eggs, so you will never find them all. :)

This games wkd =D =D whats up with the man with a paper bag over his head though?

mmm...afraid not

Fairly good idea, but just not there. I know its an old game and your skill has increased alot since then. But this game just uses real photos and moves them around the screen with poor animation. The way the people move is choppy and unconvincing. The game is repetative and gets boring very quickly. I appreciate your reasons for making it, the black man getting shot by cops, but the game falls short of what it could be.

Yawn. What? Game? Looked like a movie...

Bordom strikes again, this time with good clip art. Yeah, you can shoot people, but only 1 in about 5. And that means hostiles are about a minute apart. Besides, honestly, who's not gonna wanna be a bad cop?

Not Bad

I can honestly say it kept me entertained for a full 5 mins...which is more than I can say about some othre games.

Could be better

Well done, but the graphics are really bad, try taking the lines from the outer boundaries
