HAPPY PICO DAY!

I am so happy I was able to participate in this event as it always seemed cool to celebrate all the things on Newgrounds. However, I thought since Pico has gained more relevance, maybe he would try to hoard the day to himself once again.

This took a very long time despite being how short it is, ya wanna know how? I finished this about 20 minutes before this is uploaded which is like 5:40PM on Pico day, but it still counts! What really matters is that it is out and people enjoy so I hope yall like it!
