It's been a very long time since I've heard that song hahahaha,
I actually really liked this game, the movement feels weird and the gameplay is very different but that is actually something I like about it, there's a slight skill curve you have to get over when it comes to maneuvering and it makes the game feel very unique and stand out,
The visuals aren't that bad, your games have a definite style to them, I like the simplicity and homemade-ness of it, you make it look unique with the background and it matches the fun nature of the game.

One thing that made me nervous with my first playthrough was in your description you say "The AA battery has 200 health, so you will need to hit it a lot."
I wasn't sure the amount of damage the gun dealt, did it deal 10? 5? 1? It was a little soul crushing in the beginning when I couldn't make it towards the first AA gun cooldown, I wasn't sure how close or far I was from finishing, but I assume each bullet does 10 damage judging by how easy it was for me after my first victory. I believe some kind of a health bar would help this game overcome that issue, just making an int variable (that i'm sure you already have to make it possible to kill it) and present the number on screen, it doesn't have to be a loading bar or anything unless you want it too, it can just be like a number or something
Other than that I have nothing but nice things to say, I assume you're making this on scratch? correct me if im wrong so I wont point out the fact that if you keep the mouse still the plane goes apeshit hahaha because I don't think you can fix that problem with scratch. Another great game! You should hook up Newgrounds.io to this and allow people to show their highscores for fastest time or something! Maybe experiment with it for your next game i suggest giving it a google (:!
