I'm pissed off right now but I'm willing to give the author a few suggestions. Before you even start making a animation in flash do the following...
1. Learn how draw (on paper first). If you need help take a school course or an online course
2. Learn how to use flash.
3. Think of a good story
4. Make the flash as best you can
5. ask a few people what they think of it
6. If they approve then submit it
