At death's gates you still attempt to fight, as your health decreases you still plan to stay alive, and face death to get back to full health.

Theme Failure is Progress! Messing around with the concepts of wining or losing.

Dying in this game without facing the main boss takes you to a secondary boss fight where it earns you point to progress but once you progress to the final boss and LOSE you have to restart from all over.

This game is very fun and really hard. It looks great too and the music is good. I played for a few minutes too. Since it was made during a game jam I will give this 4/5
