IDK is all of CDK's music is copyrighted but when I used imitation I copyright claimed. So I think it's safe to presume one of two things. A music label owns the rights or someone if has the ID claim and is doing this without his knowledge. IDK I'm not making assumptions but I am saying I had to reupload.
