You used phone on this, with an app, most people on Newgrounds mostly use Adobe Animate and Toon Boom on their computer, besides from that, the animation is crappy, but I know he's an amateur and he's learning, I don't really see amateurish animations on Newgrounds, or poorly made animations on this site either.
