Lola and Betsy are hanging on very tall cranes located on Future Island, and risk to be turned into pancakes because the rope is about to snap due to the weight of their giant pregnant bellies. If there is someone who can save them, is by lowering the cranes with a magnetic key card... but things will go worse if some men who want Lola and Betsy dead attempt to prevent anyone from saving these pregnant women hanging from the sky.
