Windows RG ripoff

This is a low-effort reskin of JamesWeb's Windows RG. The only noticeable changes that have been made are the backgrounds, startup sound, credits, and changing any instances of "RG" and "Really Good Edition" to "GP" and "Great Place Edition" respectively. Everything else is basically the same as RG.

Even if you give credit to the original creators (which I commend you for doing in the Credits), please don't take other people's projects without their permission.
