I don't know how to equip armor, that or it doesn't work. Also would be useful if it pauses when you level up and when you are messing around in the inventory. And when levelling up attack, it should go up a whole damage point instead of some weird fraction. Otherwise it is a good start

1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9 - swap inventory armor

I intentionally added numbers to each of the inventory slots, hoping that if you pressed the number, you would swap it.
It's not bad for a first game. Just too basic, clunky, and grind-y. Everything works, from what I can tell, it's just not fun.
Has potential, good job!
