I´m actually curious as to how made this video, it looks like you saved the frames as shitty color reduced bitmaps on mspaint, would you give us a quick insight on the process?
Maybe people will think there´s not a whole lot of animation considering this is as a NG submission but personally idgaf, this has a shitload of style and exceeds any barriers set by rules.
