Looks like it could be interesting... but painfully slow in both movement and progress.

You play as an electric mutant infiltrating a laboratory in order to learn the details of your origin.
You have a variety of electric powers, including hiding in electronics, shooting bolts of electricity, and emitting a light source. However, these take up energy, and running out of energy may be life threatening.
