This is my demo reel for animation work completed before or during January of 2020. As of now, all of my animation work has either been for school or personal projects/collaborations. Looks pretty good, actually. You clearly are pretty comfortable with the fundamentals of animation, especially as it applies to cut-out style animation.
The only real feedback I can offer is that if you want to work at a studio like Nickelodeon or Disney, you might want to make demo reels that match the style of the studio you’re applying to. You have a very unique art style, but unfortunately studios only seem to care if you can copy their style without plagiarizing them.
I think it's a pretty good demo. You clearly have solid skills. Just my two cents: first, perhaps arranging things differently would work better (2D animation on one section, puppety on the other, even if you don't specify it like that), second, on NG they prefer you to upload finished animations, not demo reels or snippets, third, and probably the least important, I felt as if the demo was a little slow. None of these things is particularly urgent or more than a matter of taste except for the second one.
