Hey! To start this decade right, we believe Newgrounds should be ad-free for EVERYONE. For this to work, we need people who have the means to become paying supporters. For just $3 per month or $25 for the year, you can help this happen and get some nice perks!

For the month of February we have disabled ads on all E-M content. We need 207 people to reach our goal of 3,100 active supporters. If we hit that, we'll continue with a new goal in March!

Please check out our Supporter Upgrade and consider coming aboard!

Inspired by the games Thief and Thief 2 by Looking Glass Software.

UPDATED November 19th 2005: changed some stuff, like the pacing and the second song to "Surfs Up!" by little-known Norwegian rock-band Ungdomskulen.

This takes me back. I remember seeing when this was fairly new, and I really enjoyed it.

However, I do miss when you had "People = Shit" playing at the end.

This was a decent little cartoon. The best part about it was probably the end. It just loved seeing that thing fly towards the chest. I knew there had to be some explosion. This is a pretty cute little thing. Well, I think it's hard to say something with killing is "cute".

I guess you probably could. This guy seems like a pretty likeable character. I appreciate how it's a fairly unique idea. Not great, but certainly good. The music was nice as well.

Damn, another incredible animation. I had no idea this was so old but it's always been one of my favorites. The mood is instantly set with the mix of extremely well-drawn backgrounds and clean-cut digital environments as well. There are a fair share of dramatic angles, as well as an overall increased quality of animation - the easing when the character doubles back, or when he dumps the oil barrel. Some parts near the beginning have only mediocre smoothness, but it seems as if you got a lot better at animating during the process of making this. I like the stealth approach to a genre of animations that typically follows a pretty set pattern. There might be a little bit of violence here, but it's not tacked on and overall it pushes the animation forward. Really cool animation, this is sure to have lasting power.

Beast much?!

I've played Thief 3, and this is just like it. great animation, 10/10
