This was an idea left over for Yossi vs the Weegee monster,
However just made it into a video all of it´s owen and a useful little Intro for Future Projects,
especially now im no Longer on Youtube and will most likely be on Newgorunds for the 2020 Decade,
Also felt a little Bad only FOUR Videos should be all for 2019, especially
as this is the End of the 2010´s, Also the Cel shadeing is for a Test to a Future Project

That's really cool and I'm glad people are still making their own NG intros. I like the sound effects too. However, I don't think it merits uploading in the Movie Portal on its own. A GIF version cold go in the Art Portal, but I think you're better off just waiting until you upload a video that uses it as the intro.
