Small game I made in 2 days for Yogscast Game Jam, since the theme was "Giving" and Christmas it's around the corner I made a game about delivering presents!

Controls:

1: Red present

2: Blue present

3: Purple present

4: Green present

Before I start, I fricking loves the Yogscast.
Anyways this is a pretty basic game, I'm assuming your new with game development and don't have the proper skills to make more fully complex games. With time and practice you'll be able to make more complex games.
There's really nothing wrong about this game, it just gets a little repetitive and boring over time.
Keep making games and you'll improve a lot!

Thank you for your comment, I am indeed a beginner in game development but also the time limit for this game was 48 hours soo I went for a simple game in order to be able to make a decent one rather than a complex but unpresentable one, if you want I have 2 other titles you can try made in more than 2 days :)) one it's a top down shooter about a little mage, the other one is a casual and colorfull 1v1 game designed for 2 players!

It's all about getting a good rhythm down and not screwing up with sending the correct color, though it is more challenging than it lets on. Don't spam the presents - each one you mess up reduces the happiness bar. And it does progressively get faster the longer it goes on.

For something made in two days, it's a perfectly serviceable holidays-themed game. I couldn't find glaring issues, only minor nitpicks (a typo at "multiplier", and no music mute button for the poor souls working retail who have to hear this all day long), but really it's me trying to find tiny faults and is not meant in any way to detract from the value in there.

Overall, it is pretty fun. Good job, hope to see more from you.

David-Andrei responds:

Thanks a lot for taking your time to review my game, it helps me a lot to improve and to figure out what should I change in order to make great games!
